Voice mail and e-mail is checked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (most calls / e-mails are returned within minutes)
The following information is helpful when you call / e-mail:
Your name and phone number.
Address of the property.
Approximate year the home was built.
Approximate total square feet (including unfinished areas)
Is the home vacant or occupied?
Are the utilities on at the home (water, gas, electricity)?
What are your primary concerns with the home (if any)?
Listing agent's contact phone number, or appointment phone number (if you do not have this information, your agent will have it).

What time of day is best for you to attend the inspection? (two options - see below).
AM Appointment: Inspection starts at 9:30 AM (inspector is alone at property from 9:30 – 12 Noon) Buyer arrives at 12 Noon for the walkthrough / review Inspection completed by 1 PM
PM Appointment: Inspection starts at 2:30 PM (inspector is alone at property from 2:30 – 5 PM) Buyer arrives at 5 PM for the walkthrough / review Inspection completed by 6 PM
Note: During the "walkthrough" of the property, your inspector will explain everything that was found during the inspection. He will also explain maintenance issues and answer any additional questions you may have. Buyer may arrive at appointment early, if desired (some clients prefer to use this time for measurements, photos, etc).
After your inspection is complete, your inspector will return to his office and edit the final report. In most cases, the report will be completed the same night as the inspection (or by the next morning, at the latest).The report is sent to you and your agent via e-mail.
