We know when a family member is deployed for extended periods of time many of you worry about the condition of your home and if there are repairs and maintenance things that should be done. We would like to help with that.
The Professional Home Inspectors at NAHI Minnesota, would like to offer you a free maintenance inspection. This will help identify problems with your home that may need attention while you or your loved ones are deployed.
As NAHI Minnesota members, we would like to help identify if there are repairs and maintenance issues that should be immediately addressed or may come up in the near future.
Upon arriving at your home, we will check and evaluate the basic components that protect the structure of the home. An evaluation of the interior will be performed to find needed priority repairs or maintenance items. We will leave you with a list of these items that we feel need immediate attention or should be evaluated by a Specialist.
Contact your community YELLOW RIBBON center first, for the names of qualified people to help perform the needed repairs. Additionally, when possible, some inspectors may offer to perform for free, minor repairs for some items we have found, that do not require a licensed contractor.
